• DO ship your OLD Altair Pro back to us at the following address.

• DO NOT ask us to ship any instruments BEFORE we receive your old unit.
• DO NOT include the small X4,X5 interface PCB or any cabling. All we need is the Altair itself.
• DO include a pre-paid addressed return registered mail post pack from Australia post
• DO insure your goods, sending and recieving, and ship registered post as we can take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• Upon recieving your instrument we will contact  you for CC payment details, as an $85 +GST  Handling and processing charge is applicable
